Bad sizing, Slow customer Service

I followed the size Chart and mesures my feet. After 3 weeks, the shoes arrive and are too big. I ask for the return procedure to the customer service, they respond that they’re gonna help me find the right size, when all I asked what to return the shoes and get a refund which I told them for the second time at the beginning of last week. I am still waiting for the answer.
